Grape Research Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration the latest recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Winegrape Growers’ Council of Australia Incorporated and the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia Incorporated, make the following Regulations under the Grape Research Levy Act 1986.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 2 July 1991.

 

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Grape Research Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 

3.   Regulation 2 (Rate of levy)

3.1   Omit “50”, substitute “90”.
