Grape Research Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having considered the recommendations made to the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy by the Winegrape Growers’ Council of Australia and the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia, make the following Regulations under the Grape Research Levy Act 1986.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 January 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Grape Research Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 2 (Rate of levy)

3.1   Omit “90 cents”, substitute “$1.10”.
