Grain (Export
Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Act
1979.

Interpretation
1. Regulation 2 of the
Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations Is amended by inserting after the
definition of “container system unit” the following definition:
“forward
contract” means a contract entered into before 25 June 1981 for the sale of a
specified quantity of grain at a specified price, being a contract of which
written evidence existed before that date;”.
Schedule
2. The Schedule to the
Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is repealed and the following
Schedule substituted:
