Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Dated 22 September 1983.

(a) by omitting the definition of “container system unit”; and
(b) by omitting “25 June 1981” from the definition of “forward contract” and substituting “14 September 1983”.
“4. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge applicable to a class of grain specified in Column 2 of the Schedule in an item in the Schedule is the rate specified in Column 3 of the Schedule in that item.”.
