Grain (Export
Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE
ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with
the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1979.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall
come into operation on 1 October 1984.
Interpretation
2. Regulation 2 of the
Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting “14
September 1983” from the definition of “forward contract” and substituting “28
August 1984”.
Grain exempt from charge
3. Regulation 3 of the
Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting
sub-regulations (2) and (3).
Schedule
4. The Schedule to the
Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is repealed and the following
Schedule substituted:
