1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 50).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land shown coloured light brown, edged heavy black and identified as “1 (c)” (being part of Lot 400, DP 1153969, Bent Street, South Grafton) on the map marked “Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 50)” deposited in the office of Clarence Valley Council.
