1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 48).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 40, DP 1105976, Ironbark Terrace, South Grafton, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on the map marked “Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 48)” deposited in the office of Clarence Valley Council.
