1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 47).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 3, DP 746578 and parts of Lots 2 and 5, Section 126, DP 758470, 206 Arthur Street, Grafton, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 47)” deposited in the office of Clarence Valley Council.

Clause 5 Definitions

Insert in alphabetical order:

seniors housing has the same meaning as it has in the standard instrument prescribed by the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006.
