1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment

No 45).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 9 and 13–17, Section 16, DP 758914, 110 Bent Street, South Grafton, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Grafton Local Environmental Plan 1988 (Amendment No 45)” deposited in the office of Clarence Valley Council.
