1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Graffiti Control Regulations 2002.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on the day on which section 4 of the Graffiti Control Act 2001 comes into operation.

3—Prescribed types of cans of spray paint—section 4(2)

Pursuant to section 4(2) of the Graffiti Control Act 2001, subsection (1) of that section does not apply in relation to the sale of cans containing paint that—

(a)does not contain a pigment; and

(b)is transparent when sprayed onto a surface.
