Commencement Proclamation

under the

Graffiti Control Amendment Act 2009 No 94

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Graffiti Control Amendment Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 May 2010 as the day on which Schedule 1 [7] and Schedule 2.1–2.3 to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Graffiti Control Amendment Act 2009. The provisions to be commenced provide for the making of community clean up orders.
