Governors (Salary and Pensions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Governors (Salary and Pensions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 29 July 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Governors (Salary and Pensions)Regulation 2013 . 4 Replacement of s 3 (Salary rate—Act, s 3) Section 3— omit , insert 3 Salary rate—Act, s 3 For section 3 of the Act, the rate is an amount for a financial year that is equal to the difference between the following amounts— (a) the amount that is the total of the amounts the Chief Justice is entitled under the Judicial Remuneration Act 2007 to be paid for the financial year as— (i) salary; and (ii) jurisprudential allowance; and (iii) long leave allowance; (b) the amount the Governor receives as a pension under the Judges (Pensions and Long Leave Act) 1957 .
