Governors (Salary and Pensions) Amendment Regulation 2021 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Governors (Salary and Pensions) Amendment Regulation 2021.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 November 2021.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Governors (Salary and Pensions) Regulation 2013.

4   Replacement of s 3 (Salary rate—Act, s 3)

Section 3—
omit, insert—

3   Salary rate—Act, s 3

For section 3 of the Act, the rate is an amount for a financial year that is equal to the amount that the Chief Justice is entitled to be paid for the financial year as salary under the Judicial Remuneration Act 2007.
