payable out of, the gencral public itevenues of the Province; and the said Treasurer shall io his accounts be allowed credit fbr any sums paid by him in pursuance of such orders accordingly, not exceeding for any one year the sum hereinbefore mentioned; and the reccipts of the Governor shall be a full and d i d discharge to the said Treasurer, for the sums for which the same receipts shall have been respectively given, and the amounts thereof shall be passed to his credit in account accordingly.
