An Act to amend the Governor's Salary Act, 1901, so as to increase the salary payable to the Governor of New South Wales. [Reserved, 10th December, 1975. Assent proclaimed, 20th February, 1976.] BE

Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in	BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the "Governor's Salary

(Amendment) Act, 1975".

2 .      This Act shall be deemed to have commenced on 1st

October, 1975.

3. The Governor's Salary Act, 1901, is amended by

omitting from section 2 (1) the words "thirty thousand

dollars" and by inserting instead the matter "$40,000".
