AN ACT to supplement the Governor's Salary.

[ Royal Assent Proclaimed, 24th January, 1885.] [ Reserved, 10th September, 1884. ]

HEREAS it is expedient to further supplement from Colonial

Imperial Funds: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor ofWresources the Salary of the Governor as provided from

Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

IN addition to the salary of the Governor provided from Imperial funds from time to time, there shall be paid from the do	Additional to GOT

Public Treasury of the Colony, out of the revenues of the Colony, to paid fsromaryCotlionial the Governor or other Officer Administering the Government for the revenues'

tune being, the annual sum of Twelve hundred pounds, which shall be issued by the Colonial Treasurer in discharge of such warrants as

shall be from time to time directed to him under the hand of the Governor or other Officer Administering the Government, and which shall be paid and applied, at the discretion of the Secretary of State, m conformity with the Colonial Regulations.

2. THE Ordinance passed in the thirty-second year of Her Repeal of 32 Vic.

present Majesty's reign, No. 11, and the Ordinance passed in the	and 33 Vie.
thirty-third year of the said reign, No. 2, are hereby. repealed; No. Z.

provided that this repeal shall not affect the validity or invalidity of any act done or omitted to be done under either of the said hereby repealed Ordinances.

3. SECTION 52 of the Act passed in the thirty-third year of

Amendment of 23 Her Majesty's reign, No. 13, and Schedule G to the said Act, are

Schedule ed : ereby amended to the extent which is necessary to make th them

said Act. consistent with the provisions of the present Act.

I reserve this Bill for the signification of Her Majesty's

pleasure thereon.
