Governor-General Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and pursuant to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following Regulations under the Governor-General Act 1974.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Governor-General Regulations.

Remuneration and allowances of Official Secretary

2. For the purposes of sub-sections 8 (1) and (2) respectively of the Governor-General Act 1974, the following remuneration and allowances are prescribed, namely, the remuneration and allowances payable to a Level 3 officer in the Senior Executive Service of the Australian Public Service.
