Government Railways (Parking Stations)

Amendment By-law (No. 2) 2014

Made by the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia under the in Executive Council under section 24.

1.             Citation

This by-law is the Government Railways (Parking Stations)
Amendment By-law (No. 2) 2014.

2.             Commencement

This by-law comes into operation as follows —

(a)	rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which this by-law is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-law — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             By-law amended

This by-law amends the Government Railways (Parking
Stations) By-law 1997.

4.             Rule 1 amended

(1) In rule 1(1) delete the definition of owner.

(2) In rule 1(1) insert in alphabetical order:

responsible person, for a vehicle, means the person
responsible for the vehicle under the Road Traffic

(Administration) Act 2008 section 6;

(3)	In rule 1(1) in the definition of vehicle delete “Road Traffic Act 1974 section 5(1).” and insert:
Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4.

5.             Rule 23 amended

(1)	In rule 23(1) delete “owner of ” and insert:
responsible person for
