Amendment By-law 2014

Made by the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia under the in Executive Council under section 24.

1.            Citation

This by-law is the Government Railways (Parking Stations)
Amendment By-law 2014.

3.	By-law amended This by-law amends the Government Railways (Parking
Stations) By-law 1997.

2.            Commencement

This by-law comes into operation as follows —

(a)	rules 1 and 2— on the day on which this by-law is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-law — on the day after that day.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 Form I delete the part that begins with "[Reverse side]" and ends with "due date." and insert:

Cheques, Postal Notes or Money Orders should be made out to Public Transport Authority and addressed to Post Office Box 383 Northbridge WA 6865. Please ensure to include your name and infringement number with the payment to enable correct payment reconciliation.
