WESTERN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS

Government Railways By-laws — By-law 86 (Aiding and Abetting Offenders, etc.)

86.Aiding and Abetting Offenders, etc.

Any person who counsels or procures another or aids or abets another in committing a breach of any of these By-laws commits an offence and shall be liable to the same penalty as if he himself had committed a breach of the By-law.
