Regulation of Traffic at Approaches to Railway Stations
(1) Vehicles shall be parked on piers, wharves or jetties and approaches thereto controlled by the Commissioner, or Railway Station approaches only at places set aside for the purpose by the Commissioner.
Parking areas on Railway land are provided for the convenience of customers of the Railway Department while transacting business at piers, wharves or jetties, or railway stations, such as meeting boats trains, etc., and must not be used for any other purpose.
Any person contravening any of the provisions of this sub‑bylaw shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding four pounds.
(2) a person shall not drive or ride, or cause to be driven or ridden, any vehicle or animal through any station yard, concourse or other premises that is on land under the control and management of the Commission except for the purpose of attending the arrival or departure of Railway transport or of transacting business with the Commission.
Any person contravening any of the provisions of this sub‑bylaw shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a penalty of $200.
