AN ACT to amend the Government Railways Act,

1904-1973.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

I' Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Government short title

Railways Act Amendment Act, 1973. and citation.

(2) In this Act the Government Railways Act, Approved ed for

1904-1973, is referred to as the principal Act.	reprint 12th

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act 19'973,

may be cited as the Government Railways Act,

1904-1973.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the date on which the Metropolitan (Perth) Passenger Transport Trust Act Amendment Act, 1973, comes into operation.

Amendment 3. Section 13 of the princ ipal Ac is amended

to section 13. t

to manage	(Commission by adding after the word "Act", in line one, the
railway" passage "and of the Metropolitan (Perth) Passenger

Transport Trust Act, 1957".
