AN ACT to amend the Government Railways

Act, 1904-1960.

[Assented to 13th November, 1963.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Government g,/:,t;tigron

(a)

in lines nine, ten and eleven of subsection (1);

(b)

in lines six, seven and eight of subsection (5); and

(c)

in lines two, three and four of subsection (6),

the passage, "Western Australian Government Railways Employees' Death Benefit and Endowment Fund Incorporated".
