AN ACT to amend the Government Railways Act,

1904-1948.

[Assented to 19th December, 1951.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Government Railways Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Government Railways Act, 1904-1948 (Act No. 23 of 1904, as reprinted pursuant to the provisions of the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938, with amendments to and including Act No. 78 of 1948, incorporated as approved for reprint on 21st February, 1949), referred to in this Act as the principal Act. Short title.

3.    Section eighty-nine of the principal Act is repealed.
