I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Government Procurement Review (International Free Trade Agreements) Act 2019 .28 January 2020

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Government Procurement Review (International Free Trade Agreements) (Relevant Government Agencies) Order 2020 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Relevant government agenciesThe following entities are declared to be relevant government agencies for the purposes of the Government Procurement Review (International Free Trade Agreements) Act 2019 : (a) Office of the Governor; (b) House of Assembly; (c) Legislative Council; (d) Legislature-General.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 5 February 2020
