I make the following order under section 36 of the Government Prices Oversight Act 1995 .3 December 2001

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2001 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 5 December 2001. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2000 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 3 amended (Interpretation) Clause 3(1) of the Principal Order is amended by inserting after the definition of severe disability the following definition: special interest vehicle means a motor vehicle in respect of which a motor tax rebate applies under regulation 100A of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 ; 5Schedule 1 amended (Motor vehicle classes and maximum premiums) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by inserting in item 18 "special interest vehicle," after "A".
