Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2001

I make the following order under the Government Prices Oversight Act 1995 .14 June 2001

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2001 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 2001. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if the order were by-laws. 4Principal OrderIn this order, the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2000 is referred to as the Principal Order. 5Clause 8 amended (Maximum quarterly and half-yearly premiums) Clause 8 of the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from subclause (1) "whole dollar, of –" and substituting "5 cents, of the following amounts:"; (b) by omitting paragraph (a) from subclause (1) and substituting the following paragraph: (a) the amount calculated in accordance with the following formula: (c) by omitting from subclause (2) "whole dollar, of –" and substituting "5 cents, of the following amounts:"; (d) by omitting paragraph (a) from subclause (2) and substituting the following paragraph: (a) the amount calculated in accordance with the following formula: (e) by omitting from subclause (3) "whole dollar, of –" and substituting "5 cents, of the following amounts:"; (f) by omitting paragraph (a) from subclause (3) and substituting the following paragraph: (a) the amount calculated in accordance with the following formula:
