Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2000
I make the following order under section 36 of the Government Prices Oversight Act 1995 .13 June 2000

1. | A trail bike, mini-bike, farm bike or dune buggy that – | 52 | |
(a) has restricted registration; or | |||
(b) is not required to be registered | |||
2. | A public passenger vehicle that – | 351 | |
(a) is licensed as a taxi under the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 1995 ; or | |||
(b) is licensed as a luxury hire car under Part 4A of the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 1995 | |||
3. | A public passenger vehicle (other than one referred to in item 2 ) that – | 215 | |
(a) is used to carry no more than 16 passengers; or | |||
(b) is equipped to draw one or more trailers and used to carry no more than 16 passengers | |||
4. | A public passenger vehicle that – | 351 | |
(a) is used to carry more than 16 passengers; or | |||
(b) is equipped to draw one or more trailers and used to carry more than 16 passengers | |||
5. | A motor vehicle let for hire without the services of a driver – | 351 | |
(a) in this State only; or | |||
(b) both in this State and in one or more of the following jurisdictions: | |||
(i) Victoria; | |||
(ii) New South Wales; | |||
(iii) Queensland; | |||
(iv) South Australia; | |||
(v) Western Australia; | |||
(vi) Australian Capital Territory; | |||
(vii) Northern Territory | |||
6. | A motor vehicle – | 215 | |
(a) constructed principally for the carriage of goods; and | |||
(b) with a gross vehicle mass exceeding 4.5 tonnes |
