This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Queensland Rail) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 29 March 2000. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(Queensland Rail) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 22 (Queensland Rail must issue further shares) 4.(1) Section 22, heading— omit, insert — ‘ Queensland Rail shares ’. (2) Section 22, subsection (4A)— relocate and renumber as subsection (6). (3) Section 22, subsection (5A)— relocate and renumber as subsection (7). (4) Section 22(7) as renumbered, ‘subsection (4A)’— omit, insert — ‘subsection (6)’. (5) Section 22— insert — ‘ (8) On 29 March 2000, 300 000 000 of the shares issued under subsection (4) are cancelled.’.
