s1 2 s5 Government Owned Corporations (Queensland Investment Corporation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 41, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Queensland Investment Corporation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(Queensland Investment Corporation) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Purpose of this regulation) (1) Section 3, heading, ‘of this regulation’— omit. (2) Section 3— insert— ‘(c) to provide for matters about QIC after QIC is declared to be a GOC.’. 4 Replacement of pt 2 hdg (Preparatory matters) Part 2, heading— omit, insert— ‘PART 2—SHARE CAPITAL’. 5 Omission of ss 6 and 7 Sections 6 and 7— omit.
