s1 2 s5 Government Owned Corporations (QTSC Corporatisation) Amendment (No. 2) No. 175, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (QTSC Corporatisation) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Government Owned Corporations (QTSCCorporatisation) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 42 (QTSC must issue further shares) 3. Section 42— insert— ‘ (4) QTSC must issue a further 215 000 000 of the shares on 30 June 1995.’. ˙ Amendment of s 43 (QTSC subsidiaries must issue further shares) 4. Section 43(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) The shares shown in schedule 4, column 3 for each QTSC subsidiary have been issued for the subsidiary at the date shown for the column. 1 ‘ (3) Each QTSC subsidiary must issue the further number of shares shown for the subsidiary in schedule 4, column 4 on the date shown for the column.’. ˙ Replacement of sch 4 5. Schedule 4— 1 Under the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(StatutoryGOCSubsidiaries)Regulation1994 , QTSC, as the shareholding GOC of each of the QTSC subsidiaries, holds all the shares issued for each QTSC subsidiary (see sections 71 to 74 of the schedule to the regulation).
