s1 2 s3 Government Owned Corporations (QTSC No. 78, 2004 Corporatisation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (QTSC Corporatisation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(QTSCCorporatisation) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 42 (QTSC share capital) Section 42— insert— ‘ (8) QTSC must issue a further 110 000 000 of the shares not later than 30 June 2004.’.
