s1 2 s3 Government Owned Corporations (QTSC No. 275, 2002 Corporatisation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (QTSC Corporatisation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(QTSCCorporatisation) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 42 (QTSC share capital) Section 42— insert — ‘ (7) QTSC must issue a further 300 000 000 of the shares not later than 31 January 2003.’.
