This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Government Owned Corporations (Ports)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 26 (Mackay Port Authority shares) 3. Section 26— insert— ‘ (6) Of the shares issued under subsections (3) and (4), 850 000 are cancelled. ‘ (7) The cancellation of shares under subsection (6) is taken to have happened on 30 June 1997.’.
