s1 2 s3 Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment No. 128, 2003 Regulation (No. 2) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(Ports)Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 24 (Gladstone Port Authority shares) Section 24— insert — ‘ (5A) Of the shares issued under subsection (3), a further 276 111 are cancelled on the commencement of this subsection.’.
