s1 2 s3 Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment No. 243, 2001 Regulation (No. 2) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(Ports)Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 26 (Ports Corporation of Queensland shares) Section 26— insert — ‘ (6) Of the shares issued under subsection (3), 26 518 180 are cancelled on the commencement of this subsection.’.
