This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Government Owned Corporations (Ports)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 24 (Bundaberg Port Authority shares) 3. Section 24— insert— ‘ (5) Of the shares issued under subsection (3), a further 321 288 are cancelled. ‘ (6) The cancellation of shares under subsection (5) is taken to have happened on 1 July 1996.’.
