s1 2 s3 Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment No. 48, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(Ports)Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 26 (Ports Corporation of Queensland shares) Section 26— insert— ‘ (8) Of the shares issued under subsection (3), a further 15 000 000 are cancelled on the commencement of this subsection.’.
