This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ports) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Government Owned Corporations (Ports)Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 25 (Port of Brisbane Corporation shares) 3. Section 25— insert — ‘ (9) Of the shares issued under subsection (3), a further 1 298 588 are cancelled. ‘ (10) The following applies to the cancellation of the shares under subsection (9)— (a) the cancellation of 759 712 shares is taken to have happened on 27 August 1999; (b) the cancellation of 538 876 shares is taken to have happened on 12 November 1999.’.
