s1 2 s5 Government Owned Corporations (Brisbane Market No. 317, 2002 Corporation Limited) Regulation 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Brisbane Market Corporation Limited) Regulation 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 12 December 2002. 3 Brisbane Market Corporation Limited no longer a GOC Brisbane Market Corporation Limited ACN 088 419 729 is no longer a GOC. 4 Repeal The Government Owned Corporations (Brisbane Market Authority Corporatisation) Regulation 1999 SL No. 313 is repealed. 5 Expiry This regulation expires the day after it commences.
