(2) Part 3 commences on 1 July 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Government Owned CorporationsRegulation 2004 . Part 2 Amendments commencing on 30 June 2010 4 Replacement of pt 4 (Government entity) Part 4— omit, insert— ‘Part 4 Government entities ‘7 Government entities prescribed—Act, s 4 ‘Each of the following is prescribed for section 4(e) of the Act— (a) SPARQ Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 110 073 400; (b) Queensland Rail Limited ACN 132 181 090.’.
