s1 2 s3 Government Owned Corporations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 33, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Government Owned CorporationsRegulation 2004. 3 Amendment of s 25 (Share capital) Section 25— insert— ‘(3) Queensland Investment Corporation must issue a further 10 300 000 of the shares on or before 30 June 2005.’.
