[ASSENTED TO 9TH JULY, 1912.J B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in' Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. This Act may be cited as "The Government Loan Short title. Acts 1910 and 1911 Amendment Act 0{1912." 2. (1.) In section three of "The Government Loan Rate of Act of 1910"* the words "Three pounds and ten shillings" in~ ere. " are repealed, and the words ." Four pounds" are inserted raIsed. in lieu thereof. . (2.)
