Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to declare that the NSW Adult Migrant English Service is not to be regarded as a separate agency for the purposes of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (the Act), but rather, as part of and included in the Department of Education and Communities.
This Regulation is made under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, including section 129 (the general regulation-making power) and clause 6 of Schedule 4 to the Act.
