Regulations 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

10 October 2014 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3675

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Government Employees
Superannuation Board (Policy Instruments) Regulations 2009.

4.            Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4(2) delete "The Minister may from time to time, with the Treasurer's concurrence," and insert:

The Treasurer may from time to time

5. Regulation 12 deleted
Delete regulation 12.

6.           Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14(2) delete "The Minister may from time to time, with the Treasurer's concurrence," and insert:

The Treasurer may from time to time

7. Regulation 22 deleted
Delete regulation 22.

8.            Various references to "Minister" amended

In the provisions listed in the Table delete "Minister" (each

occurrence) and insert:
