I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 116(1)(c) of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 .28 June 2000

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Government Business Enterprises Order 2000 . 2CommencementThis order commences on the day on which the Dairy Industry Amendment Act 2000 commences. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Schedule 1 amended (Government Business Enterprises)Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Tasmanian Dairy Industry Authority" from Part 2. 5Schedule 2 amended (Government Business Enterprises liable to pay tax equivalents)Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Tasmanian Dairy Industry Authority". 6Schedule 3 amended (Government Business Enterprises liable to pay guarantee fees)Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Tasmanian Dairy Industry Authority". 7Schedule 4 amended (Government Business Enterprises liable to pay dividends, interim dividends and special dividends)Schedule 4 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Tasmanian Dairy Industry Authority".
