Government Business Enterprises (Amendment of Act's Schedules) Order 1997

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 116 of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 .30 June 1997

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Government Business Enterprises (Amendment of Act’s Schedules) Order 1997 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 1997. 3Interpretation (1)  In this order, Principal Act means the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 . (2)  The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if the order were by-laws. 4Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 amended Schedule 2 to the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 is amended as follows: (a) by inserting after
