'I'rensurcr for the time being of the Province of South Australia, to issue bonds not cxccediag in the wholc thc sun of Two Hundred and Eighty 'llmlsnrld Pounds, for such nlnounts as he might deem rspeclicnt: And whereus by an Act, No. 11 of 21st Vict., after re- citing the hercinbefore recited Act, it was enacted that so much of the said recited Act, No. 28 of 1855-6, as authorized the said Trcawuci- to raise any further sum than Two Hnrldred Thou- snnrl Founds should be relxaleci: And whereas the said Treasurer has raised a sum of TWO- Hundred and S e ~ e n Thousand Seven IIundrcd ancl Sixty-nine Pouncls Ninctcen Shillings and Tenpence, by the issuc of bonds to the amonnt of Two Hundred Thousand Pounds: And whereas certain of the said bonds have been issued in excess of the provisions of the said Act, No. l l of 21 st Vict.: And ~vllereas it is desirable to enact that such bands should be
