I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Governance Review Implementation (Science Research Agencies) Act 2007, fix 10 September 2007 as the day on which Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to that Act commence.
