1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 2009
(Amendment No 1).
2 Aims of Plan
The aims of this Plan are:
| (a) | to make statute law revision and other minor amendments to the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 2009, and |
| (b) | to clarify requirements for the erection of dwelling houses on land in certain rural and environmental protection zones. |

[1] Clause 1.8 Repeal of other local planning instruments applying to land
Omit “and Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 1995 are” from the note at the end of the clause.
Insert instead “is”.
[2] Clause 2.3 Zone objectives and land use table
Omit “[see—relevant clauses may be listed here].” from note 5 to the clause.
[3] Clause 4.2A Erection of dwelling houses on land in certain rural and environmental zones
Omit clause 4A (2) (d). Insert instead:
| (d) | a lot for which subdivision approval was granted before this Plan commenced and on which the erection of a dwelling house would have been permissible immediately before that commencement, or |
[4] Schedule 2 Exempt development
Omit “and commences on 27 February 2009” from note 1 to the Schedule.

Insert “This Schedule contains additional exempt development not specified in that Policy.” at the end of note 1.
